[DECISION NEEDED] — this form points at a placeholder Formspree endpoint (YOUR_FORM_ID below). Formspree is a reasonable default for a static Astro site with no backend (free tier, no server code, built-in spam filtering) — swap in a different service if you prefer one. To activate: create a free account at formspree.io, create a form, and replace YOUR_FORM_ID in src/pages/contact.astro with the real endpoint. Until then the form is left visibly disabled rather than silently failing. The resume's personal phone numbers and the referees' contact details must never be published here (see docs/CONTENT-INVENTORY.md §11–§12).
