About
Georgewilston Skeer's career began in medical laboratory work, training and interning across laboratories in Nakaseke and Kampala districts before becoming Laboratory Manager at Health Initiatives Association in Buikwe, a role he held for close to a decade. Over that time his responsibilities widened from lab operations into quality systems, data management, and reporting — the throughline that runs through the rest of his career.
Alongside a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Laboratory Technology from Makerere University, he completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation at Uganda Christian University, formalizing a shift toward MEAL and program data work that he now applies as MEAL Officer roles at Reachout Nkokonjeru and Kakwaya Supper Feeds Limited, and in his current positions as Financial Manager at Frutrac Limited and Finance Manager at MCODE Uganda — combining financial management, HR/payroll systems, and project monitoring in each role.
